Role Summary
This role is responsible for a balanced mix of UI/UX and creative design:
UI/UX Responsibilities (50%)
- Website and landing page UI design
- Wireframing and user flow planning
- Designing conversion-focused layouts
- Mobile responsiveness and usability optimization
Graphic Design Responsibilities (50%)
- Social media creatives (posts, reels covers, stories)
- Ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
- Branding materials (banners, posters, etc.)
- Designing using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator
Overall Responsibilities
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs
- Coordinate with marketing team, developers, and clients
- Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines
Daily Mandatory Tasks (Applicable Every Day)
The following tasks are compulsory each day:
- Work on both UI/UX and creative design tasks (as assigned)
- Complete planned deliverables for the day
- Maintain design quality and consistency
- Respond to feedback within 30–60 minutes
- Update task status in CRM/Sheet
- Submit end-of-day (EOD) report
