Role Summary

This role is responsible for a balanced mix of UI/UX and creative design:

UI/UX Responsibilities (50%)

  • Website and landing page UI design
  • Wireframing and user flow planning
  • Designing conversion-focused layouts
  • Mobile responsiveness and usability optimization

Graphic Design Responsibilities (50%)

  • Social media creatives (posts, reels covers, stories)
  • Ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Branding materials (banners, posters, etc.)
  • Designing using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator

Overall Responsibilities

  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs
  • Coordinate with marketing team, developers, and clients
  • Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines

Daily Mandatory Tasks (Applicable Every Day)

The following tasks are compulsory each day:

  • Work on both UI/UX and creative design tasks (as assigned)
  • Complete planned deliverables for the day
  • Maintain design quality and consistency
  • Respond to feedback within 30–60 minutes
  • Update task status in CRM/Sheet
  • Submit end-of-day (EOD) report

Weekly Execution Structure

Day 1 – Research, Planning & Wireframing

Requirement Understanding

  • Review assigned projects (UI + creatives)
  • Understand brand guidelines and objectives

Research

  • Analyze:
    • Competitor designs (UI + social media)
    • Industry trends
    • Content/design gaps

UI/UX Work

  • Create wireframes (low fidelity)
  • Plan layouts and user flows

Creative Planning

  • Review content calendar
  • Plan creative styles and formats

Day 2 – UI Design (Phase 1) + Creative Start

UI/UX Work

  • Start UI design:
    • Homepage / landing pages
    • Key sections

Creative Work

  • Start:
    • Social media posts
    • Ad creatives

Focus Areas

  • UI: Structure, UX, CTA placement
  • Creatives: Visual appeal, branding

Day 3 – UI Design (Phase 2) + Creative Execution

UI/UX Work

  • Complete remaining UI screens
  • Design responsive (mobile) layouts

Creative Work

  • Design:
    • Carousels
    • Reel covers
    • Story creatives

Quality Check

  • Ensure:
    • Pixel-perfect UI
    • Correct sizes for creatives
    • No spelling/design errors

Day 4 – Revisions & Optimization

UI/UX Improvements

  • Optimize:
    • User flow
    • Conversion sections

Creative Revisions

  • Implement:
    • Client feedback
    • Internal changes

Coordination

  • Follow up for:
    • Approvals

Day 5 – Final Delivery & Handover
